Prostanthera incisa (also known as cut-leaf mint)

Grown in eastern NSW and Victoria

Strong flavour similar to Thyme Pepper and mint due to strong essential oils found in the leaves.

Use: As a herb in cooking.  Add to season blends, herbal rubs, salad dressings, sauces.  Use to season soups, casseroles, salsas, herbal sorbets, oil and vinegar infusions, roasts and veggie dishes, rice dishes or garnished over savoury food dishes.
